Spa Resort St Ivan Rilski, Bansko

During my stay at this hotel, I experienced some real highs and lows. While the view of the mountains from my villa was stunning and the food was consistently excellent, I was deeply troubled by the service, which lacked warmth. A troubling incident occurred with the spa that overshadowed much of my experience, making it hard to fully relax and enjoy my time here. It's a mixed bag; while the accommodations are lovely and the dining delightful, I can't overlook the serious issues I faced.

The hotel features great facilities and a fantastic spa experience, making it a good choice for relaxation after skiing. However, the service can be quite disorganized and some staff, particularly in the bar area, could benefit from better training. Overall, the rooms are comfortable but some dining experiences were lacking, particularly in pricing and variety.

I had a fairly decent stay, enjoying the great location and various amenities the hotel offered. The rooms were clean and comfortable, making it a nice retreat after a long day on the slopes. Unfortunately, the dining options could use improvement, especially during busy times when the restaurant felt overcrowded. The facilities, particularly the spa and pool areas, were fantastic for unwinding after skiing. Overall, I left with some good memories, but there's definitely room for improvement in certain areas.
